We operate using small, highly focused teams to solve customer problems.  For small / medium clients, this approach will be better than going to large software houses where teams tend to be large and the projects run for extended periods of time.  Individual attention may also be hard to get.

As founders of the offshore (India) operation, we offer personal attention to the client by getting involved in the solution delivery ourselves.   Being small, we can offer significant cost and time savings for small projects over the large players.

Offshore (India) Team Leadership

The offshore operation is led by people who have very good engineering backgrounds and knowledge of the domains they operate on.  They have studied, lived and worked in the US with leading companies.  This helps a lot when it comes to communicating to US clients on technical issues or quickly understanding the technical requirements.

They have done hands-on programming for several years and are very comfortable with the technologies and platforms. 

They have excellent working relationship with the Onsite (US) team and have delivered successful solutions to them in the past. 

Being US citizens, they have no travel restrictions to / out of US and can readily meet clients face to face if the need arises.
